Tasting note

This is the prestige cuvée of our domaine. This wine comes from a very old vine plot where twisted vinestocks produce very few grapes, but what grapes! We have done our best to restore this plot  and to recreate all its character in the bottle. Dark ruby colour, elegant and incredibly complex nose, flavours of undergrowth, blackberries and bramble go with hints of garrigue like thyme and juniper,  touches of verbena. This wine develops an silky and subtle palate.
