This cuvée is certainly among the most emblematic of our domain, produced almost exclusively from very old Carignan plots. The bunches of grapes are entirely vinified in carbonic maceration, giving the typical flavour of red berries to this wine. Aged 12 to 18 months in American oak barrels, this wine is as well full bodied, smooth and fresh.
