Tasting note

This cuvée is produced from old Viognier vines growing on terraces at the foot of Roussillon's ocre cliffs. The yields are low and the grapes ripened to full maturity. The juice ferments and ages in barrels of 228 and 300 litres.

Rich flavours of apricot, peach and fresh mango combine with gingerbread and almond aromas. Quite opulent on the palate, but fresh and mineral from the beginning to the end.
